The CEO School’s small business management (SBM) development offerings are built and conducted for owners and leaders of established small businesses. Our students are responsible for the direction, growth and ultimately the success of their enterprises.
Although diverse in many ways, CEO School participants all have the following characteristics in common …
- Their businesses are all full-time operations
- They have a minimum of 2 years active, continuous business operation
- They are all for-profit organizations
Our learning methodologies were developed from the ground up, with you, the small business leader, in mind. They have been created to be both Cost and Time effective to enable even the smallest organization to benefit.
We offer over a dozen business topic “modules” each designed to help you solve specific business problems. These modules are offered and delivered in multiple platforms, methodologies and curriculum options ranging from single topic teleclasses and webinars to integrated multiple session telecourses.
In addition, curriculum ‘tracks’ comprised of specially integrated materials are offered for those participants who prefer the more traditional, interpersonal environment of classroom learning. These classroom-based tracks are customizable and offered in various locations based on participant interest.
Each business topic is supported, where appropriate, by current materials from a variety of business publications selected for their content clarity, quality and reader- friendly formats.
When the delivery methodology allows for it, specially designed case studies are utilized that you will work on within an assigned small work team.
