Bob Hartung and Dave Bruno share a deep philosophy about small business management success. They believe that effective entrepreneurship and small business success is a seamless combination of unerring instincts for the right course of action coupled with solid, foundational knowledge of business management principles and skills.

This shared belief, honed and refined throughout their 25 plus years of combined small business coaching and advisory experience, motivated Dave and Bob to collaborate on the co-founding of The CEO School. Together they are dedicated to providing small business leaders the practical foundational business management knowledge and skills needed for dramatic improvement in sustainable business success.

David Bruno
Dave is Principal and founder of THIRD NATURE, a small business coaching firm in Mount Prospect, IL. Dave has served small business leaders since 1998. His 30 years of business management experience began with Xerox Corporation and later included mid-sized organizations in positions of senior marketing, sales and general management.
Robert Hartung
Bob founded PERFORMANCE GAINS in 1996. Prior to starting his personal & business coaching practice, he spent 27 years in various management positions for Sears and in the transportation industry. His experience includes, Senior Management, Operations, Sales, Customer Service and H/R. He is the Author of “Beating The Time Bandits”.
